Andalūzijas Suns (or Andalucia Dog in English) is a bar, cafe, restaurant under one roof and is a very popular spot with both tourists, and locals who love to have a slow drink and a good meal. Its relaxed atmosphere is great, and this place remains one of our most favorite, even though it was opened ages ago.

Andaluzijas Suns is a great place to enjoy a drink in the bar, have a good meal, and also meet new people, watch a fotoball game on a TV screen, have a chat with a colleagues after working hours, work on your laptop using a free WiFi inside or simply enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the restaurant. It is a very democratic bar and price levels are not high at all, plus the menu card is quite rich with gourmet style courses for all tastes with a selection of dishes from various burgers to chop Latvian style. Especially try one of their Tex-Mex courses.

You can also try their business lunch menu (12.00-17.00) with a selection of dishes for a special prices, like a soup for 2.40 EUR and a salad for 4.30 EUR.

Located right next to the Hotel Bergs in the cool district of the Berga Bazars, it’s a very quiet spot in the heart of the city center on Elizabetes Street, and just a short walk from the Old Town.

In summer they open a terrace outside, which is a great place to have a drink outside in a good sunny weather, and range of options to have a good time doesn’t stop on food and drinks – you can watch sports games on the big screen, play a game of table football or various board games.
