It may come as surprise to you but Latvia has some fantastic large hills for you to enjoy a snowboarding or skiing session for a day. Ideal for beginners who wish to gain some experience before heading to the Alps or Andes where you can try something exotic like heliski experience.

All the instructors at the resort speak excellent English or Russian and we can assure you that after a few hours’ guidance you will be brimming with confidence!!

For the more advanced skiers and boarders, there is an extreme snowboard park, enabling you to pull off some radical tricks and cross-country tracks for the racers among you. We think you will struggle to find a day’s boarding or skiing for such good value anywhere else outside of the Baltics.

Skis or Snowboards can be hired for around 15 EUR per person – Photo identification will be required.
