A traditional Latvian sauna with steam, a place where you can unwind and relax your body and soul. Our experience has got both traditional Russian Banya and Turkish Steam room under the same rooftop, which is convenient for fans of both types. The place offers not only steam rooms but also a swimming pool, therapeutic massage, and skin cleansing procedures.

A Russian banya has about 60-70% humidity and the temperatures usually do not exceed 80°C. Traditional and invigorating thermal treatment using Venik – a leafy and fragrant bundle of birch, oak or eucalyptus twigs. It boosts blood circulation and relieves tension and stress.

There are wall-mounted and plumbed in oak buckets on a twine pull-rope. Close your eyes, breath in, pull the rope and you are drenched in ice-cold water. The sudden change of temperature has a highly beneficial effect on the body.

And of course, cosy rest area where you can simply relax and socialize with your friends with freshly made herbal tea, beers, and snacks to complete your experience.

Wonderful experience with mates. We actually booked it straight after the Snowmobiles and Quad safari, hence the proper Russian Banya was certainly something that we were all after! Can’t get it like that in the Netherlands

    Hi Celine! Indeed, it is possible as we had everything planned out and booked with the same company, and started from early morning. Banya was booked for 8 pm, hence we had all day for the activities and even a break for lunch. I’d say leave it at least 2.5 hours for each of the activities and you will be just fine. But like I said earlier, once it’s the same company taking care of logistics, you don’t have to worry about transfers and stuff. I’m sure girls should enjoy it all, as we had great time!
