Apsara Tea House was the very first tea-place of its kind that was open in Riga and offered a very high quality and wide selection of teas from Asia and all over the world in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. It all has began in small, cosy place in downtown but progressed to two houses in the central district that combine elements of modern architecture with classic features of Chinese style building.

Two outlets are having their own unique atmosphere: Barona 2a (mix of medieval and oriental decorations) or more traditional one in the Vermanes Garden (tiny wooden house with huge oriental-style pillows to sit on and an outside terrace). Both places have a second floor where you can lay down on the pillows. The place doesn’t serve coffee, but you can enjoy some wines and beers.
