Super Bowl XLVI in Riga (2012)

More and more people in Riga started showing an interest in Super Bowl, and since they’ve been asking us for help, we looked around Riga bars and cafes to find out which one will show this spectacle on 5th of February, this Sunday.

The Super Bowl is the annual championship game of the National Football League (NFL), the highest level of professional American football in the United States, culminating a season that begins in the late summer of the previous calendar year. This is pretty much the most important game of the year for the whole American family, and could be compared to Ice Hockey World championship finals for us in Riga!

The upcoming game, Super Bowl XLVI, will be played on February 5, 2012, to determine the champion of the 2011 season between the New York Giants and the New England Patriots. So far we know that Kiwi Bar will be holding a Super Bowl party, which begins at 23.00 Riga time, and also Barons Sports Bar Restaurant will be showing this event on one of their screens (but make a call to confirm with management for seats in advance).

Seems like the fun might last till 5am, so brace yourself and make sure you had a good night sleep in advance guys!
